Oaklands Property specialises in restoring listed buildings for new use. The company was founded by Juliana and Neil Ewin after they brought a Georgian manor back to life as their family home.
The company aims to bring modern convenience together with the original character and architectural beauty of listed period property. Oaklands Property oversees all aspects of a project from rebuilding to landscaping and interior design.
As well as Oaklands Manor, Oaklands Property has also restored The Spice Box restaurant, complete with duplex apartments above. Currently the company is working on Park Row Cottages, the old game keepers cottages at Roundhay Park, Leeds.
